Thank you for visiting my help desk. I have already described on the home page why I now use this support help desk and the number of emails that go missing in cyberspace rather than rely on email to answer your queries so I won't repeat it here. Lets just say that as long as either mail sent by you to me or mail sent by me to you in response you don't get an answer.

All you need to do now is to register by pressing the LOG IN button on the submenu above and open a new ticket.  I would suggest you submit any photos using the upload/attachment facility which will keep the image/file safe. You will be automatically allocated a support ticket number a copy of which will be emailed to you.

As soon as I get the chance I will deal with your submission and email you the answer however if for some reason that email goes missing the support ticket number will allow you to revisit and discover at any time the status and any response of your query.
