After years of running these web sites we have been getting fed of spam spiders harvesting our email addresses and sending spam to us. Even with some of the most efficient spam protection software we were still getting over three thousand a month and that meant your email asking for help would sometimes not get seen.

Obviously if we don't see your email you don't get a reply from us. We don't want that to happen to anyone so we have set up a special helpdesk just for you.

Submit your request to us knowing it will reach us with no problems and we will get a reply to you to as soon as we can. However please bear in mind we do need to eat, sleep and relax off line on occasions so we can't promise instant responses to every query but we will do our best. With very few exceptional occassions we are able to respond to you within 24 hours.

We know the problem of unwanted spam so you can feel safe we will never abuse the trust you place in us by providing your email address to us. The ONLY purpose it will be used for is to respond to your query and nothing else ever unless you ask us to. WE PROMISE YOU THAT.
