Millions of spam emails are now being sent around the world every day. Many of them have used emails harvested from websites such as ours and are using our private email addresses to send out emails using our address.
As a consequence many ISPs are filtering emails being sent and innocent emails are being lost in cyberspace. this could mean emails being submitted by you to us are filtered out before we even get to see them. Alternatively emails we send in response to your query do not arrive in your inbox. Either way you are are sitting there fuming and believing we have not bothered to response to your urgent query.
That situation is not good for you or our reputation! To help protect both of us we have set up this support helpdesk. All requests/comments/queries recorded by you are provided with a special support ticket number. As we deal with the request the status of that ticket will change and we will automatically send you a status update telling you we have responded along with our response.
At anytime you can come back to this site and see for yourself our response and the status of your ticket.
